Ministerial Intervention Requests

Ministerial Intervention is an exceptional process that allows certain individuals to request that the Minister for Immigration personally consider their circumstances after all available review options have been exhausted.

Ministerial Intervention is not a visa application and is only available in limited circumstances where compelling, unique, or exceptional factors justify the Minister exercising their discretionary powers.
